Positions are available for foremen experienced in all aspects of civil construction. Previous experience in Department of State Growth work would be an advantage.


Positions are available for Civil Construction Workers experienced in roadworks, subdivisions, pipe laying and plant operations, including excavator, roller, compactor and water cart operations.  A minimum of three years’ experience in the industry is preferable. An HR licence and any Vac Truck work experience will be highly considered. We expect you will have an enthusiastic, hands-on approach to your work and be a proven team player.


We are seeking experienced Traffic Controllers for immediate start. You will be a self-starter, hardworking and reliable. Day-to-day activities in Traffic Management include setting up and controlling traffic at work sites and completing traffic management records.  You must be able to work well within a team and have pride in your work.

Additionally, you will have:

  • the ability to keep up to date with traffic management guidelines and standards
  • familiarity with safety management systems, procedures, and risk assessments
  • the ability to identify hazards and minimise risks
  • be positive and cooperative in your dealings with clients, colleagues, and suppliers

  • Do you hold a Construction Industry Certificate (White Card)?

Positions are available in the South and the North of the state including the Midland Highway. Some travelling will be required.
