CRUSHING OPERATOR
Crushing Operations Operator is a full-time position where you will play a key role in the smooth and efficient running of our crushing plant. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire crushing process, ensuring high-quality aggregates are produced to support our construction projects.
What you will be doing:
- Operate and maintain the mobile crushing plant, screens, and conveyors;
- Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections to maintain optimal plant performance;
- Manage the flow of materials through the crushing process, ensuring consistent output quality and specifications are met;
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues or breakdowns, and take appropriate action to resolve them;
- Collect and record data on production, maintenance, and safety-related activities;
- Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations;
- Work closely with the wider construction team to support project requirements.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in crushing operations or similar role in the construction industry;
- Thorough understanding of crushing plant operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting;
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform basic maintenance tasks;
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills;
- Effective communication and teamwork skills;
- Commitment to safety and a keen eye for detail;
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in plant operations or a related field.
